The rapid growth in business of ISMM Group mainly contributed by the continuous financial support from our shareholders.Our major shareholders are founded by entrepreneurs with their principal operation located in Macau, Hong Kong and the PRC.

The origin of our Group can be traced back to the early 80s when our founders commenced the business in the manufacturing of storage media, namely VHS. Our Group has been engaged in such business ever since. We manufactured CDs in 1992, VCDs in 1994, CD-ROMs and CDRs in late 90s, DVD-ROMs and DVDRs in early 2000s. Together with a number of our founders' business associates who have also been engaged in this industry, ISMM Group was formed in 2003 to further enhance the competitive edge of our storage media business.
As of today, our total investments in ISMM Group amounted to approximately US$60 million. It further enhances our comittment to the Blu-ray business. We believe that we are among one of the top three optical disc manufacturers in the territory.
