SECURITY GUARDS, METAL DETECTOR     DIFFERENT ACCESS FINGER PRINT, ACCESS CONTROL, VIDEO SURVEILLANCE   SCRAP PROCEDURE    CONTROL POINT SECURITY MEASURES Security Guards  In house security guards are employed 24 hours a day to guard against unlawful entrance to company. Outgoing Personnel  Personnel carrying bags will be asked to open and checked by the security guards upon leaving. Metal Detector  Personnel carrying bags will be asked to open and checked by the security guards upon leaving. Different Access Finger Print  All entrances are installed finger print access control. Only authorized employee is allowed to enter into specific area. The system record their entering and leaving of the company. All in-out time and particulars of the staff will be recorded. Segregation of Office Staff from Production To reduce the flow of personnel in production, office staffs are segregated from the production site to reduce the chance of optical discs being tempered by office staffs. Security is enhanced from this segregation. Access Control and Video Surveillance System Stampers, Master discs, Films and Customer Supplied Materials store room entrances are under Access Control and Video Surveillance monitoring 24 hours every day. Letter of Undertaking  All employees and customers are required to sign a Letter of Undertaking that protects the intellectual property rights of our customer. Continuous Education on Intellectual Property Rights  Regular seminars and staff briefings are organized to foster the sense of copyright protection amongst staff members
